ProductShare DAO: Launching Awareness for a Regenerative Economic Experiment
Today marks a significant milestone for ProductShare DAO as we officially launch a coordinated awareness campaign to attract collaborators, onboard the next round of Public Good projects, and drive demand for our governance token, StakeShare (PSS). This campaign is the next step in our journey to create a decentralized, community-governed economic alliance that fosters regenerative finance and supports global social impact.
From Private to DAO: A Brief History
ProductShare began as a private company with a mission to decentralize ownership and governance in e-commerce. Over the years, we laid the groundwork by transferring all assets to the newly formed DAO LLC and dissolving the original entity. Here’s a timeline of key milestones that brought us here:
- 2020: ProductShare was founded with $800,000 in seed funding to explore decentralized e-commerce.
- 2021–2023: Expanded operations by acquiring ethical brands and achieving $600,000 GMV.
- 2024: Transitioned all assets to the DAO, deployed governance tokens on-chain, and incorporated as DAO LLC.
This transition underscores our commitment to placing control and decision-making in the hands of the community.
The Public Good Program: Supporting Impact at Scale
The Public Good program is at the core of ProductShare’s mission to empower initiatives that drive positive societal and environmental impact. This program aims to onboard 100 impactful projects over the next decade, with 10 initiatives joining annually.
How It Works
- Application and Nomination: Public Good projects aligned with ProductShare’s mission apply for grants. Selected initiatives are nominated based on their alignment with our principles of sustainability, social equity, and regenerative finance.
- StakeShare Grants: Each onboarded initiative receives a grant of StakeShare tokens, empowering them to participate in governance and shape the DAO’s direction.
- Collaboration and Growth: Onboarded initiatives work closely with the DAO, contributing their expertise to shape policies, curate products, and drive awareness campaigns.
The First 5 Onboarded Initiatives
The initial batch of Public Good projects was selected for their outstanding contributions to the ReFi space and their potential to drive meaningful change:
- Abundance DAO: Focused on creating decentralized economic systems that promote abundance for communities.
- HandProtocol: Specializing in decentralized philanthropy, HandProtocol uses blockchain technology to deliver transparent and efficient humanitarian aid.
- Hedgey Finance: A pioneer in decentralized financial tools supporting token vesting, staking, and liquidity solutions.
- ReFi Tulum: Committed to regenerative environmental finance, blending ecology and blockchain innovation.
- Treegens DAO: Promoting reforestation with verifiable and sustainable impact using blockchain.
The ProductShare Council
The ProductShare Council is the heart of our governance, consisting of stakeholders across Public Goods, Co-creators, and the wider community.

Marketplace Relaunch
The relaunch of the ProductShare marketplace is a major 2025 milestone. The new platform will be a fully open-source, Web3-native decentralized application (dApp) featuring:

- Integrated Cashback Incentives: Seamlessly aligned with the ProductShare protocol.
- Blockchain-powered Transactions: Supporting crypto payments and StakeShare distribution.
Private Investment Opportunity
ProductShare now operates as a DAO LLC, meaning StakeShare tokens are equivalent to company shares. By purchasing StakeShare, investors become members of the DAO LLC, gaining voting rights and eligibility for profit distributions.
Key Investment Details:
- Price: $0.22 USD per StakeShare (PSS) (30% discount).
- Allocation: 5 million PSS (15% of Year 1 circulating supply).
- Vesting: 3-year schedule with a 2-month cliff.
- Investment Size: Up to $1.1 million USD.
- Post-Money Valuation: $7.33 million USD.
This deal represents a unique opportunity to align with ProductShare’s mission while participating in its future growth.
StakeShare and OTC Market Update
Although liquidity is not yet live, StakeShare is trading OTC at $0.33 USD. Liquidity is expected to launch at $0.33–$0.44 USD based on demand.
Core Team and Collaboration Opportunities
